Flexible Services

I offer a range of services to support you with whatever may be troubling you in your life. I have experience working with a diversity of clients, as unique as we each are on a wide range of issues.

Most people prefer to come to Counselling and talk in person but when this is not an option (perhaps due to ill health, caring for others, geography or time constraints) Telephone or Video Call Counselling offer a very viable alternative. Indeed some clients prefer to speak over the telephone or video call and find that this supports them to speak more freely.  I am open to supporting you however you feel works best for you.

Practical Details

Sessions are usually weekly, but I am flexible about this. We usually agree a frequency and book a set of sessions so that your preferred time is kept free for you.

I positively strive to accommodate all difference and invite you to communicate your needs to me.  For example, if you need me to make adjustments to the sensory environment, or need more information to help make counselling more accessible please let me know.

Fees

I offer one free introductory consultation (up to 25 minutes), over the Telephone, to help you decide whether you wish to work together.  At no point will you be under obligation to continue to work together.

Sessions cost £60 for each 50 minute appointment.

Some reduced fee places are available.

If you feel longer or shorter session may better suit your needs please talk to me and we can find a pattern of sessions that best works for you.

If you prefer to come in person for a 50 minute initial consultation I charge my usual session fee of £60.

Confidentiality

I work in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework to protect your confidentiality. It is only if I consider there to be a significant risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires it, that I would consider breaking confidentiality.
