I offer a range services to support you with whatever may be troubling you in your life.
Most people prefer to come to Counselling and talk Face to Face but when this is not an option (perhaps due to ill health, caring for others, geography or time constraints) Telephone or Video Call Counselling can offer a very viable alternative. Indeed some clients prefer to speak over the telephone and find that this supports them to speak more freely.
Sessions are usually weekly, but I am flexible about this. We usually agree a frequency and book a set of sessions so that your preferred time is kept free for you.
I offer one free introductory consultation (up to 25 minutes), over the Telephone, to help you decide whether you wish to work together. At no point will you be under obligation to continue to work together.
Sessions cost £45 for each 50 minute appointment.
Some reduced fee places are available.
If you prefer to come in person for a 50 minute initial consultation I charge my usual session fee of £45.
“I feel I can face a very uncertain future feeling mentally stronger and much more positive”
“Thank you Polly, I feel I have gained control over the decisions I make and have built my resilience.”
“Thank you for your help when I needed it most”
I work in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework to protect your confidentiality. It is only if I consider there to be a significant risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires it, that I would consider breaking confidentiality.
